Phantom of Terawhiti final week

WALT read and understand a whole novel

Hi guys!

This week was the final week of the phantom of terawhiti novel studies. So everybody has finished their book, slideshow and glossary. Our create task for this week was to create a book review of the novel. We also had to our glossary words and finish our slideshow. The book was pretty good, I guess, but I found it boring at times. Here is all my stuff from this week including my glossary and slideshow. 🙂

WALT understand how the main idea affects the characters and the storyline

This week when I was reading my chapters for the phantom of terawhiti, Tasha, the big white serval, had a baby~kitten! Jess and Zac named it Alex. This week’s create task was to draw a detailed image of a character from the story. So I chose.. Tasha and Alex! Below is my drawing of the two.

 

After that we had to do a character analysis of the characters you chose to do.

WALT make an inference to find out more about the characters

This week for reading we had to read another 4 chapters of the Phantom of Terawhiti (POT). The create task was to choose 2 characters from the story and put their similarities and differences in a Venn diagram. The 2 characters I chose were Zac and Jess. This is my Venn diagram:
